All persons having a claim against ABRAHAM AKINA, Deceased, also known as Abraham Nakea Akina and/or against the Akina Family Trust Last Will and Testament of Abraham Akina dated December 13, 2012, are hereby notified that Benton G. F. Akina, whose address is c/o Clay Chapman Iwamura Pulice & Nervell, 700 Bishop Street, Suite 2100, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, has been nominated as Personal Representative under the Will and the Estate of the above-named decedent, and is the Successor Trustee under the above-referenced Trust.

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § 560:3-801, all creditors of the above-named decedent’s Estate and Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to the Personal Representative of the Estate or to the Successor Trustee of said Trust at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
