NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Susan Hitomi Nagata, also known as Susan H. Nagata and Susan Nagata, a resident of Honolulu, Hawaii, died on March 12, 2019.

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § 560:3-801, all creditors of the decedent and the trust created by that certain unrecorded Susan Nagata Revocable Living Trust, dated July 11, 2018, are hereby notified that Daniel S. Nagata, whose mailing address is c/o Frank T. Kanemitsu, Esq., 1132 Bishop Street, #2400, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96813, is the current and acting Trustee of the Susan Nagata Revocable Living Trust. Pursuant to statute all creditors of the above-named decedent and Trust, are notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to Daniel S. Nagata, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
