JAMES YOUNG 104, of Honolulu, a retired Structural Superintendent for the USAF, Civil Service, passed away April 23, 2019 in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. Survived by son, Newton Kim; daughters, Jama Rattigan and Sylvia Dodge; stepdaughter, Cynthia Ong; 8 grandchildren and 8 great- grandchildren; brother, Lloyd Kim; sister, Mary Fuchigami. Private service held.
