NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF THE TRUST ESTATE OF
MASAMI YANO, Deceased
Masami Yano, of Honolulu, Hawaii, died in Honolulu, Hawaii, on April 21, 2019. All persons having a claim against Masami Yano, his estate, and/or the Masami Yano Revocable Living Trust Agreement, dated September 14, 2007, are hereby notified that Frances Tomika Nakanishi and Lorna Sachiko Hong are the Co-Trustees of the aforesaid Masami Yano Revocable Living Trust.
All claims should be sent to Lorna Sachiko Hong, at 639 Kaulana Place, Honolulu, HI 96821.
Pursuant to §560:3-801, Hawaii Revised Statutes, all creditors of said Masami Yano, his estate, and/or the Masami Yano Revocable Living Trust, dated September 14, 2007, are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to the Co-Trustee of the said trust at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
