DEREK ICHIRO SHIROMA

57, of Honolulu, an Okinawan music teacher for Okinawa Minyo Kyokai Hawaii, passed away on April 27, 2019. He is survived by his wife, Loree; son, Derek Kaeo; daughters, Heather (Brandon) Tabios, Ashley (Tom) Brown, Sherice, Tiffany, and Leigh Ann Shiroma; brother, Gerald; sister, Lynn Shiroma-Kami; and by grandchildren, Taylor and Tommy Brown and Braxton Tabios.
Visitation is at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 30, 2019, at the Hawaii Okinawa Center. The service begins at 5:30 p.m.
