Notice is hereby given that William M. Honbo (“Decedent”) passed away on September 25, 2018.
All persons having a claim against Decedent, the Estate of William M. Honbo (“Estate”) or the William M. Honbo 1999 Trust, dated April 23, 1999 (“Trust”), are hereby notified that Clayton K. Honbo, whose address is c/o Tina Tsuchiyama, Carlsmith Ball LLP, 1001 Bishop Street, Suite 2100, Honolulu, HI 96813, is serving as Trustee of the Trust.
Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § 560:3-801, all creditors of Decedent, the Estate or the Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to Clayton K. Honbo, as Trustee of the Trust, at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
