You are hereby summoned to appear before the Honorable Jeannette H. Castagnetti Judge of the above-entitled Court, in her courtroom in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, Ka’ahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, 4th Floor, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96813 on June 18, 2019, at 9:00 o’clock a.m. or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon TMLF HAWAII LLLC at 1099 Alakea Street, Suite 1500, Honolulu, HI 96813, attorneys for Plaintiff. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
