OF THE DISSOLUTION OF
CABLING HAWAII INC.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the directors and shareholders of Cabling Hawaii Inc. (“Company”) approved the dissolution of the Company effective as of March 11, 2019.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that any and all creditors and other persons known or reasonably known to have claims against the Company, must file their claims together with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, pursuant to HRS Section 414-387 (hereinafter “Claim”). Claims against the Company will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the Claim is commenced within five (5) years after the publication of this notice. Said Claim should be mailed to Terrence M. Lee at the address indicated below.
