WASTEWATER SYSTEMS

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) Section 342D-7(i), the State Department of Health (DOH) seeks written comments from interested persons regarding the following. Mr. Charles H. Buckingham of Kaaawa, Hawaii has applied for a variance from Hawaii Administrative Rules (HAR) section 11-62-34(c)(1)(C) for a maximum of five (5) years.
Mr. Richard Cervino of Inland Designs, LLC, is the individual authorized to act for the applicant. The variance request is to install a new individual wastewater system for the property at 51-372 Kamehameha Highway, Kaaawa, Hi 96730 and TMK (1) 5-1-010: 026.
