Vivian Jacqueline Hinesly died on July 23, 2017.
ALL CREDITORS OF THE DECEDENT AND THE ESTATE OF THE DECEDENT ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED AS FOLLOWS: Carol Jesse Pratt was appointed Personal Representative and was issued Letters Testamentary pursuant to the order of the Court filed in the above-reference matter on December 12, 2017; AND THAT ALL CREDITORS of the above-named decedent and/or of the estate must present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to the Personal Representative of the Estate of Vivian Jacqueline Hinesly, care of Matthew A. Cohen, Case Lombardi & Pettit, 737 Bishop Street, Suite 2600, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
