All creditors of the above-named decedent, Merle Y. Mitsuyoshi, also known as Merle Yasuko Mitsuyoshi, and/or the trust established by her under a trust agreement dated August 12, 1995, as amended, and known as the Merle Y. Mitsuyoshi Trust, are hereby notified that Joan M. Mitsuyoshi is the Successor Trustee of the trust, whose address is c/o Miyasaki Law Offices, LLLC, American Savings Bank Tower, 1001 Bishop Street, Suite 1030, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96813, and that any and all claims which they have against the decedent and/or the trust, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, must be presented with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof to the Trustee, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
