P. NO. 19-1-0191.
Estate of Vicente De La Cruz, also known as Vicente D. L. Cruz, Vicente Cruz, Vince De La Cruz, Deceased, and the Vicente De La Cruz Revocable Living Trust dated August 29, 2004.
FILED a document purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of the above-named decedent who died on March 2, 2019, praying for probate thereof and issuance of Letters to Beatrice De La Cruz, whose address is c/o Nathan T. Natori, Esq., 1003 Bishop Street, Suite 1360 Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.
If any interested person has objection to the informal application, he may file a petition for formal proceedings after the date of the first publication of this notice; if any interested person desires further notice concerning the estate, including notice concerning the closing and distribution of the estate, he must file a Demand for Notice pursuant to HRS § 560:3-204.
All creditors of the above-named estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to said nominee, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
Further, all creditors of the trust established by the decedent under a trust agreement, dated August 29, 2004 and known as the Vicente De La Cruz Revocable Living Trust, are hereby notified that Beatrice De La Cruz, is the Sole Trustee of the Trust, and that any and all claims which they have against the trust, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, must be presented with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof to the Sole Trustee, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
