DIST-CO INSURANCE COMPANY, INC., A RISK RETENTION GROUP
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on March 19, 2019, DIST-CO INSURANCE COMPANY, INC., A RISK RETENTION GROUP, a Hawaii captive insurance corporation, filed Articles of Dissolution with the Director of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, State of Hawaii, with an effective date of March 19, 2019.
Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § 414-387, any persons having a claim against DIST-CO INSURANCE COMPANY, INC., A RISK RETENTION GROUP, must submit said claim to the following address:

The claim shall include the following information:
1. Name, mailing and email address of person making the claim;
2. Amount being claimed; and

Claims against DIST-CO INSURANCE COMPANY, INC., A RISK RETENTION GROUP, will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within five (5) years after the publication of this Notice.
