NOTICE OF INTENT TO TERMINATE

Notice is hereby given that Kandahar OC, LLC, a Hawaii limited liability company (the “Company”), has dissolved and intends to terminate.  All persons with claims against the Company are to present them in writing to: Kandahar OC, LLC, c/o Rush Moore LLP, 737 Bishop Street Suite 2400, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.  A claim against the Company will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two years after the later of the last publication of this notice or the date of filing of the articles of termination.  Any claim against the Company must include the claimant’s full legal name, address, and telephone number and a description of the amount and nature of the claim including the date the claim arose.
