YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiff YETT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LLC has filed a Complaint against you in Civil No. 18-1-1943-12, in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawaii, to recover the total principal sum of $97,616.43 for base rent, CAM, GET, repair work, replacements, etc. in connection with that certain Lease dated May 9, 2016 covering premises located at 91-110 Hanua Street, Unit 321, Kapolei, Hawaii 96707, which is the subject of the lawsuit.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the HONORABLE JAMES S.
