NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF EUGENE SAU YIN GOO, DECEASED, AND OF THE EUGENE SAU YIN GOO REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED NOVEMBER 8, 1990

All creditors of the above-named decedent, and of the decedent’s trust known as the Eugene Sau Yin Goo Revocable Living Trust dated November 8, 1990, (the “Trust”), are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, to Stacie J. Y. L. Kawamoto, Shari Y. S. Goo-Yoshino, Suanne S. H. Morikuni, and Kendall C. Y. Goo, Successor Trustees of the Trust, c/o MacDonald Rudy O’Neill & Yamauchi (RMY), 1001 Bishop Street, Suite 2350, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
