All creditors of the above-named decedent, GAYLE YAMASHIRO GILBERT, who died on January 13, 2019, are hereby notified that Heidi Ann Shiozaki is the trustee of the GAYLE YAMASHIRO GILBERT TRUST DATED SEPTEMBER 27, 1989, made by the decedent as the Grantor and as the initial trustee, whose address is 2812-B Puuhonua Street, Honolulu, HI 96822, and that any and all claims which they may have against the decedent or the decedent’s trust, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, must be presented with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof to the trustee at her said address within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice or such claims will be forever barred.
