OWNER’S NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF CONTRACT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by Hi-Power Solar, LLC of that certain New Solar Photovoltaic Installation situated at 3532 Loulu Street, Honolulu, Hawaii, TMK: 290620940000, has been completed.
