NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Defendant, above-named, has filed a Motion for Post-Decree Relief which seeks enforcement of the Divorce Decree filed June 20, 2006, including an Order that Defendant be awarded all of the parties interest in the real property located at 2140 Kuhio Ave. #611, Honolulu, HI 96815 and can sell the property.
April 24, 2019, at 8:30 a.m. before the Honorable Jessie Hall or presiding Judge, located at 4675 Kapolei Parkway, Kapolei, HI 96707, is the appointed date, time and place for hearing said Motion. Any objections should be filed with the Family Court no later than the Thursday before the hearing and served on the Defendants attorney.
