CONTRACTOR’S NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF CONTRACT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 507-43 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, that HAWAIIAN DREDGING CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. has completed construction of those certain improvements known as the “MANA’OLANA PLACE – TEMPORARY FENCE & DEMOLITION WORK” project [HDCC Job No. 11832], located at 508-512 Atkinson Drive, 1685-1695 Kapiolani Boulevard, 1674-1676 Kona Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96814 (Tax Map Key: 2-3-041:001 & 002) in accordance with its contract with Mana’olana Partners, LLC, Owner.
