All persons having a claim against Decedent, the Estate of Dennis Hiroshi Nagatani (“Estate”) or the Dennis H. Nagatani Living Trust declared under unrecorded trust instrument dated January 7, 1989 and restated by Dennis H. Nagatani Living Trust dated January 24,2018 (“Trust”), are hereby notified that Jeanne Noriko Nagatani, whose address is 1633 Hoolana Street, Pearl City, HI 96782, is serving as trustee under the terms of the Trust.

Pursuant to HRS Section 560:3-801, all creditors of Decedent, the Estate or the Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to Jeanne Noriko Nagatani as successor trustee of the Trust, at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
