NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the provisions of Section 507-43 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended, that all of the construction by Metcalf West, LLC and all other contractors and subcontractors on the real property situated at 42-100 Old Kalanianaole Road Lot 6, Kailua, Hawaii 96734, TMK (1) 4-2-005:013, has been substantially completed.
