Surviving settlor, Meriko Koga, passed away on January 1, 2019. Pursuant to HRS §560:3-801, all creditors of the decedent and above-named trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to MICHAEL C. KOGA, Successor Trustee of the above-named trust, whose address is c/o CURTIS K. SAIKI, ESQ.,700 Bishop Street, Suite 2100, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813 within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
