SUSAN SIU 90, of Honolulu, retired owner of Chong’s Noodle Factory passed away on February 3, 2019. Born in Hong Kong, Susan is survived by her children, John H.L. Chong, Helen H.L. Lau (Dickson), Carolyn C. Yoshino (Glenn) and Winston H.K. Chong; grandchildren, Jonathan Lau, Victoria Chong and Ranson Yoshino. Taoist Service 9:00 am on Monday February 25, 2019 at Diamond Head Mortuary. Graveside Service to follow 12:30 pm at Diamond Head Memorial Park. Casual attire, No flowers.
