Notice is hereby given that MILDRED IONA WEAVER RODRIGUES (“Decedent”), a resident of Honolulu, Hawaii, passed away on September 18th, 2018.

All creditors of the above-named decedent, of the decedent’s estate and of the trust known as the “Mildred Iona Weaver Rodrigues Trust,” dated February 16th, 1999, as amended, are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to Julie Ann Montiho, Successor Trustee of the Trust, c/o The Law Office of Boyd K. Akase, P.O. Box 6142, Kaneohe, HI 96744, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
