ESTATE OF WILLIAM HORACE DODD, ALSO KNOWN AS WILLIAM HORACE DODD, JR., WILLIAM H. DODD AND WILLIAM DODD, DECEASED

FILED, a document purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of the above-named decedent, who died on November 25, 2018, together with an Application by Anna Eckart-Dodd, whose mailing address is P. O. Box 2810, Wailuku, Hawaii 96793, praying for informal probate and issuance of Letters to Anna Eckart-Dodd.
If any interested person has objection to the informal probate, he may file a petition for formal testacy proceedings; if any interested person desires further notice concerning the estate, including notice concerning the closing and distribution of the estate, he must file a Demand for Notice pursuant to HRS Section 560:3-204.
All creditors of the above-named estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, to said nominee at the address shown above within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
Further, all creditors of The William H. Dodd Revocable Trust dated September 30, 2013 (the “Trust”) are hereby notified that Michael Dodd and Anna Eckart-Dodd are the Successor Co-Trustees of the Trust, and that any and all claims which they have against the Trust, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, must be presented with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof to the Successor Co-Trustees, at P.O. Box 2810, Wailuku, Hawaii 96793, within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
