CONTRACTOR’S NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF CONTRACT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 507-43 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, that HAWAIIAN DREDGING CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. has completed construction of those certain improvements known as the “HARKNESS DINING ROOM/BUILDING ANNEX RESTROOMS” project [HDCC Job No. 11709], located at 1301 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813 (Tax Map Key: 2-1-035:001, 003-008, & 010; 2-1-037:002; 2-1-018:048) in accordance with its contract with The Queen’s Medical Center, Owner.
