NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS

Longevity International Enterprises Corp. (dba Chinatown Cultural Plaza) hereby solicits interested and qualified contractors to submit proposals for Chinatown Cultural Plaza Open Market Parking Driveway Pavement Project.

PROJECT DETAILS:
Location: Open Market
Chinatown Cultural Plaza
100 N. Beretania Street
Honolulu, Hawaii

General Scope of Work:
To furnish all equipment, labor and materials for the project which includes, but not limited to the followings:
1. Removal and disposal of existing asphalt pavement
2. Regrade to provide proper drainage
3. Installation of 6″ concrete (4000 PSI) with #4 rebar each way & 16″ on center
4. Control joint with dowels and evenly spaced
10′-0″ apart at approximately 4,000 sq.ft.
5. Concrete to be phased in 2 pours to allow operation during construction
6. Ensure dust control and prevent construction
runoff from entering C&C drainage systems

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at 02:00 pm
Proposals received after deadline may be subject to rejection. All proposals must be sealed and submitted with name of the project clearly indicated. Bid proposals will be announced at the time of Bid Opening at LIEC office. Mail or Hand Deliver sealed proposals to:
