OWNER’S NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF CONTRACT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the provisions of section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by SU-MO BUILDERS, INC. of that certain STRUCTURE situated in 86-260 Farrington Highway, Waianae, Hawaii 96792, described as the Malama Recovery Building Project Lower Level Buildout; (TMK: 8-6-01:003) has been completed.
