NOTICE TO INTERESTED PERSONS AND CREDITORS
OF THE ESTATE AND TRUST OF HARVEY EARL HENDERSON, JR. ALSO KNOWN AS
HARVEY E. HENDERSON
All persons having a claim against the Estate of HARVEY EARL HENDERSON, JR. also known as Harvey E. Henderson who died on December 21, 2018 or the Harvey E. Henderson, Jr. Revocable Trust dated June 27, 1995, are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to SUZANNE T. TERADA, Successor Trustee of the above-named trust and nominated Personal Representative, whose address is c/o Suzanne T. Terada, 888 Mililani Street, Suite 300, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
If any interested person has objections, he may file a petition for formal testacy proceedings within forty (40) days after the date of the first publication of this notice; if any interested persons desires further notice concerning the estate, including notice concerning the closing and distribution of the estate, he must file a Demand of Notice pursuant to HRS Section 560:3-204.
