Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended, that the grading work (including erosion and dust control measures) and construction by Paradigm Construction, LLC. for PU’UWAI PLACE of onsite work consisting of access driveways, granular fill for building pads, parking areas, water system, drain system, sewer system, concrete curbs and headers, asphaltic concrete pavement, concrete sidewalks, installation of electrical site work and site lights, trees, shrubs, irrigation sleeves and other work appurtenant thereto covered by Paradigm Contract No. 17122077 with Castle & Cooke Homes Hawaii, Inc., for Pu’uwai Place at Waipahu, Oahu, Hawaii, affecting Lot A (TMK: 9-4-002: 024) and Lot D (TMK: 9-4-096: 149) have been completed
