NOTICE OF SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION OF CONTRACT NO. 17130515

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended constructed by Royal Contracting Company, Ltd. for grading work (including erosion and dust control measures) and construction of DOLE PLANTATION INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS and all appurtenances, in accordance with the true intent and meaning of the Plans, Specifications and other Contract Documents. The work consists principally of site grading, roadway construction, drain line construction, electrical site work, traffic signal installation and other work appurtenant thereto covered by Contract No. 17130515 with Castle & Cooke Properties, Inc., for the DOLE PLANTATION INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS situated at 64-1550 Kamehameha Hwy. Wahiawa, Oahu, HI 96786 (TMK-6-4-003: 19 & 20), being Lots B-1 & B-2 as shown on Map filed with the Department of Planning and Permitting in File No. 2018/SUB-68 (the Dole Plantation”) and also within a section of Kamehameha Highway (U.S.P.W. PROJ. No. N.R.S. 21-A AND F.A.P. No. 21-B) fronting the Dole Plantation, have been substantially completed.
