YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that on October 5, 2018, Plaintiff JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (“Plaintiff”) filed a First Amended Complaint (“Complaint”) in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawaii, in Civil No. 18-1-1147-07, wherein Plaintiff prays for release of certain liens encumbering property located in Laie, Hawaii, and identified by Tax Map Key (“TMK”) Number (1) 5-5-017-033.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED TO APPEAR in the courtroom of the Honorable JEANNETTE H. CASTAGNETTI, Judge of the above-entitled Court, on Tuesday, the 5th day of March, 2019, at 9 o’clock a.m., at 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, or to file with the Court an answer or other pleading in response to the Complaint and serve it before said date upon MATTHEW C SHANNON, ESQ. of Bays Lung Rose & Holma, attorneys for Plaintiff whose mailing address is Topa Financial Center, 700 Bishop Street, Suite 900, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. Unless you so appear or file a responsive pleading as indicated above, before the time indicated above, your default may be taken and the Complaint may be taken as admitted, and a judgment by default may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
