CONTRACTOR’S NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF CONTRACT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 507-43 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, that HAWAIIAN DREDGING CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. has completed construction of those certain improvements known as the “QUEEN’S MEDICAL CENTER – WEST OAHU CHILLER REPLACEMENT” project [HDCC Job No. 11711], located at 91-2141 Fort Weaver Road, Ewa Beach, Hawaii 96706 (Tax Map Key: [Oahu] 9-1-017:123) in accordance with its contract with The Queen’s Medical Center, Owner.
