Gap Analysis for Kosrae State Seaport Masterplan

The Kosrae State Government, Federated States of Micronesia and the Kosrae Port Authority are hereby soliciting Statements of Professional Qualifications from interested consultants for the purpose of preparing a Gap Analysis in preparation for developing a State Seaport Master Plan. This work will be funded by an Infrastructure Sector Grant under the Compact of Free Association as amended with the United States.

The Master Plan is expected to cover the commercial port at Okat as well as smaller port facilities at Lelu and Utwe.
