All creditors of the above-named decedent, DAVID DUNG WAH TYAU, who died on October 21, 2018, are hereby notified that Liane Auyong-Imamura is the trustee of the DAVID DUNG WAH TYAU TRUST DATED JULY 7, 2016, made by the decedent as the Grantor and as the initial trustee, whose address is 5429 Oio Drive, Honolulu, HI 96821, and that any and all claims which they may have against the decedent or the decedent’s trust, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, must be presented with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof to the trustee at her said address within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice or such claims will be forever barred.
