Pursuant to HRS §514B-139
AOAO FOSTER TOWER notifies the unknown owners of unclaimed personal items in storage rooms, abandoned bicycles, surfboards, boogie boards in the parking garage and common areas, of the intent to dispose of these articles on or after March 1, 2019, unless the owner or owners claim the articles earlier."
