NOTICE TO CREDITORS

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § 560:3-801, notice is given by the trustee named below to all persons having a claim against WINIFRED CHING (aka Winifred T. Ching) (“Decedent”), who died on August 13, 2018, Decedent’s Estate, or the Winifred T. Ching Revocable Living Trust dated January 3, 1990 (“Decedent’s Trust”), to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to STEPHEN H. CHING, trustee of Decedent’s Trust, whose address is 3444 Maunaloa Avenue, Honolulu, Hawaii 96816, within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
