SUMMONS

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Defendant/Cross-Claimant ASSOCIATION OF APARTMENT OWNERS OF HO’OMAKA VILLAGE, by its Board of Directors ("Association") has filed a Cross-Claim against you in Civil No. 14-1-2641-12 (JHC) in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawaii, whereby said Association prays for judgment in an amount to be proven at trial, together with costs and attorneys’ fees incurred in connection herewith and/or foreclosure sale of the subject property located at 94-870 Lumiauau Street, #E204, Waipahu, HI 96797 of the Ho’omaka Village condominium project.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear before the Honorable Jeannette H. Castagnetti, Judge of this Court in her Courtroom at 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii on Tuesday, the 19 day of February, 2019, at 9:00 o’clock a.m., or to file an answer or other pleadings and serve it before said date upon MILTON M. MOTOOKA, CAROL A. L. ROSENBERG, or JANELLE M. F. LAU, attorneys for Defendant/Cross-Claimant Association, whose address is 1000 Bishop Street, Ste. 801, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Association’s Complaint.
