All creditors of the Estate of the above-named decedent and/or the WALLACE KOICHI HIGA REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DTD 5/15/2007, as amended and restated, are hereby notified that STEVEN T. NAKAO is the named and acting Successor Trustee of said Trust and the nominated Personal Representative of the above-referenced estate, whose address is STEVEN NAKAO, 1331-A LOKO DRIVE, WAHIAWA, HI 96786, and that any and all claims which they have against said Trust or Estate, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, must be presented with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof to the Successor Trustee at the address shown above within four (4) months from the first date of publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
