IN RE THE GALLOWAY FAMILY TRUST DATED JULY 9, 1996
FILED, PETITION OF CORA UEMOTO and LAURIE UEMOTO CHANG, seeking the removal of Daniel Ray Galloway as a successor Trustee of the Trust, and asking that Cora Uemoto, whose address is 55 S. Kukui Street, #D-1515 and Laurie Uemoto Chang, whose address is 809 Waika Place, Honolulu, Hawai’i 96825, be declared as the sole Successor Trustees of the Trust.
Thursday, January 31, 2019, at 10:00 a.m., before the Presiding Judge in his courtroom at Kaahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawai’i 96813, is appointed the time and place of hearing said Petition and hearing all interested persons.
Any party wishing to object or respond to the Petition shall file such objection or response with the Court and serve it on all interested persons no later than the date of the scheduled hearing.
