YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT The Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Foundation, Incorporated, Petitioner, has filed that certain Second Amended Petition of The Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Foundation, Incorporated, for Amendment of Land Court Certificates of Title Nos. 305,218 and 305,221, Declaration of Burt T. Lau, Exhibits “A-1”- “G”, Declaration of Jayna Osada, Exhibits “AA” –”BB”; Order (hereinafter “Petition”) in Land Court Docket No. 1 L.D. 17-1-0699; wherein Petitioner prays for the:
(a) Amendment of Land Court Certificate of Title No. 305,218 cancelling that certain unrecorded Lease dated January 14, 1986, by and between THE GUTMAN REALTY COMPANY, a Maryland corporation, as lessor, and ATLAS PACIFIC, INC., a Hawaii corporation, as lessee, commencing December 1, 1986, a short form
of which was filed in Land Court document No. 1395438 (the “735 Dillingham Lease”), and terminating the interest, if any, of OLD CARCO REALTY COMPANY LLC, formerly known as CHRYSLER REALTY COMPANY LLC, as lessee in and to said 735 Dillingham Lease; and the
(b) Amendment of Land Court Certificate of Title No. 305,221 cancelling that certain unrecorded Lease dated January 14, 1986, by and between THE GUTMAN REALTY COMPANY, a Maryland corporation, as lessor, and ATLAS PACIFIC, INC., a Hawaii corporation, as lessee, commencing January 15, 1986; a short form of which was filed in Land Court document No. 1362575 (the
“621 Dillingham Lease”), and terminating the interest, if any of OLD CARCO REALTY COMPANY LLC, formerly known as CHRYSLER REALTY COMPANY LLC, as lessee in and to said 621 Dillingham Lease.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the HONORABLE GARY W.B. CHANG, Judge of the Land Court in his courtroom in Kaahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96813 on January 7, 2019, at 9:00 A.M., or to file an answer or other pleading and to serve it before said day upon Burt T. Lau, Esq. of Kobayashi Sugita & Goda LLP, Petitioner’s attorney, whose address is First Hawaiian Center, Suite 2600, 999 Bishop Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
