ESTATE OF ALIES MOHAN SAMTANI, also known as Alies Samtani and Alies Mohan Alies Shiu, Deceased, and the MOHAN SAMTANI REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST
FILED, a document purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of the above-named decedent, who died on May 21, 2018, together with the Application for Informal Probate of Will and for Informal Appointment of Personal Representative by ANILA MOHAN YIU and MOHAN ANAND SAMTANI, whose address is c/o REID A. NAKAMURA, Ogawa, Lau, Nakamura & Jew, 707 Richards Street, Suite 600, Honolulu, HI 96813, praying for informal probate and issuance of Letters to said ANILA MOHAN YIU and MOHAN ANAND SAMTANI.
If any interested person has objections to the informal probate, the person may file a petition for formal testacy proceedings within forty (40) days after the date of first publication of this notice; if any interested person desires further notice concerning the estate, including notice concerning the closing and distribution of the estate, the person must file a Demand for Notice pursuant to HRS Section 560:3-204.
All creditors of the above-named estate and of the trust established by the decedent under a trust agreement dated March 28, 1995, known as the Mohan Samtani Revocable Living Trust, are hereby notified that ANILA MOHAN YIU and MOHAN ANAND SAMTANI are the Successor Co-Trustees of the Trust, and that any and all claims which they have against the estate and/or the trust, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, must be presented with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof to said Successor Co-Trustees at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
