On November 6, 2018, HITV License Subsidiary, Inc. filed an application with the Federal Communications Commission in Washington, D.C. for assignment of license of KFVE(TV), Channel 22, Honolulu, Hawaii, to Nexstar Broadcasting, Inc..

HITV License Subsidiary, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of HITV Operating Co., Inc., which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of HITV Operating Co. Holdings, LLC.

The entities, managers, and/or persons holding greater than 10% of the stock or membership units of HITV License Subsidiary, Inc. are HITV Operating Co., Inc., HITV Operating Co. Holdings, LLC, Kim Kelly, and Kenneth O’Keefe.

The proposed assignee, Nexstar Broadcasting, Inc. (“NBI”) is directly owned by Nexstar Media Group, Inc. (“NMGI”). Both entities are Delaware corporations. The officers, directors and/or 10% or more stockholders of NBI are Perry Sook, Thomas Carter, Elizabeth Ryder, Brett Jenkins, Blake Russell, Dione Rigsby, Randall Bradford, Patrick Cusick, Terri Bush, Jerry Walsh, Julie Pruett, William Sally, Theresa Underwood, Mike Vaughan, Douglas Davis, Andrew Alford, Richard Stolpe and Mark Turner. The officers, directors and/or 10% or more stockholders of NMGI are Messers. Sook, Carter, Jenkins, Russell, Rigsby, Bradford and Cusick, Mses. Ryder and Bush, Geoff Armstrong, Dennis J. Fitzsimmons, Jay Grossman, Lisbeth R. McNabb, Thomas McMillen, Dennis Miller, John Muse and I. Martin Pompadour.
