SUMMONS

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT Plaintiffs K.N., a minor, through his next-friend and mother, KUMI NAKAMURA; KUMI NAKAMURA, Individually; and KAZUNARI NAKAMURA, Individually, commenced an action in Civil No. 18-1-0633-04 VLC for general and special damages against you in the above-entitled court wherein Plaintiffs pray for judgment and such other and further relief as the Court may deem proper in an amount to be proven at the time of trial.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Virginia L. Crandall, Kaahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawai’i, on Tuesday, the 8th day of January, 2019, at the hour of 9:00 o’clock a.m., or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Plaintiffs’ attorneys, THE LAW OFFICES OF IAN L. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Second Amended Complaint.
