Notice is hereby given that Sunako Nakamura (“Decedent”) passed away on September 12, 2017.
All persons having a claim against Decedent, the Estate of Sunako Nakamura (“Estate”) or the Sunako Nakamura Revocable Living Trust dated April 18, 1996 (“Trust”), are hereby notified that June C. Nakamura, whose address is 16611 – 121st Ave NE, Bothell, WA 98011, is serving as trustee of the Trust.
Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § 560:3-801, all creditors of Decedent, the Estate or the Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to June C. Nakamura, as trustee of the Trust, at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
