OWNER’S NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF CONTRACT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by Mokulua Woodworking, Ltd., DBA Mokulua High Performance Builder of that certain Residential ADU situated at 3655 Sunset Place, Honolulu, Hawaii, TMK: 3-2-033-038, has been completed.
