THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SAFETY OF THE STATE OF HAWAII, HIS/HER
DEPUTY OR ANY POLICE OFFICER OR OTHER PERSON AUTHORIZED BY THE
LAWS OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
WHEREAS, the above-entitled action was commenced in the aboveentitled
Court by the Plaintiff BANK SINOPAC CO., LTD. to recover from Defendant
ZONG-YING HE, aka ???, aka Andy Chung Ying Ho, aka Andy
C.Y. Ho, aka Andy Ho, aka Chung-Ying Ho (“Defendant He”) the sum in
excess of $1,402,278.82, together with interest, late charges, costs and
attorneys’ fees, as permitted by law, and the necessary affidavit and bond
having been filed herein as required by law;
NOW, YOU ARE THEREFORE COMMANDED TO USE ANY NECESSARY AND
REASONABLE FORCE TO ATTACH AND SAFELY KEEP IN THE MANNER PROVIDED
BY LAW SO MUCH OF THE PROPERTY OF DEFENDANT HE, WHICH IS
469 ENA ROAD, #709, HONOLULU, HAWAII 96815, TAX MAP KEY NUMBER
(1) 2-6-013-002, C.P.R. 0052 (THE “PROPERTY”), MORE PARTICULARLY
DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT “A” TO THIS WRIT, NOT EXEMPT FROM ATTACHMENT,
AS WILL BE SUFFICIENT TO SATISFY SAID PLAINTIFF’S DEMAND AS
ABOVE SET FORTH, TOGETHER WITH INTEREST, LATE CHARGES, COSTS
AND ATTORNEYS’ FEES, AS PERMITTED BY LAW, BY RECORDING A CERTIFIED
COPY OF THE WRIT OF ATTACHMENT, WITH YOUR OFFICER’S CERTIFICATE
ENDORSED OR AFFIXED, IN THE BUREAU OF CONVEYANCES OF THE
STATE OF HAWAII AND/OR FILED IN THE LAND COURT OF THE STATE OF
HAWAII, PURSUANT TO HAW.REV.STAT. §651-9(1), AND MAKE DUE RETURN
OF YOUR DOINGS HEREUNDER.

EXHIBIT “A”
-FIRST:-
Apartment No. 709 of that certain Condominium Project known as
“WAIPUNA”, as described in Restated Declaration of Condominium
Property Regime dated June 7, 1990, filed in the Office of the Assistant
Registrar of the Land Court of the State of Hawaii as Land Court Document
No. 1740064, of which the original Declaration dated February 6,
1970, is filed as Land Court Document No. 494612, as amended, and as
shown on Condominium Map No. 93 and any amendments thereto.
Together with the easements described in said Declaration, as amended,
as being appurtenant to said Apartment, including an exclusive right to
use, as an appurtenance to said Apartment the Parking Stall(s) and Storage
Space, if any, as shown in said Declaration, as amended, said Parking
Stall(s) and Storage Space being limited common elements as described
in said Declaration, as amended.
-SECOND:-
An undivided 2.888% interest, such percent being declared and
established in the said Declaration, as amended, in the common elements
of the Project, as the same are declared and established in said Declaration,
as amended, as tenant in common with the owners from time to
time of other undivided interests in the common elements, said common
elements to include the land hereinafter described.
The land upon which said Condominium Project “WAIPUNA” is located is
described as follows:
All of that certain parcel of land situate at Kalia, Waikiki, Honolulu, City
and County of Honolulu, State of Hawaii, described as follows:
LOT 21, area 113,152 square feet, more or less, as shown on Map 21,
filed in the Office of the Assistant Registrar of the Land Court of the
State of Hawaii with Land Court Application No. 1144 (amended) of John
Henry Magoon, Alfred Kapala Magoon, Eaton Harry Magoon and Marmion
Mahinulani Magoon, Trustees under that certain Deed of Trust made by
Emmeline M. Magoon;
Being land(s) described in Transfer Certificate of Title No. 337,824 issued
to ANDY CHUNG YING HO, husband of Yuan Mei Ho.
BEING THE PREMISES ACQUIRED BY APARTMENT DEED
GRANTOR : JOSEPH SUNG CHUN CHO, who acquired title as Joseph Sung
Chun Cho, and MARY UN JOO CHO, husband and wife
GRANTEE : ANDY CHUNG YING HO, husband of Yuan Mei Ho, as Tenant
in Severalty
