OWNER’S NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF CONTRACT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by ROYAL CONTRACTING CO., LTD. of that certain Hoopili Phase 3 Parcel 5 situated at Ewa, Oahu, Hawaii, TMK: 9-1-017:072, has been completed.
