NOTICE TO CREDITORS

All persons having a claim against the Estate of EVELYN F. SOARES, also known as EVELYN FLORENCE SOARES, who died on July 21, 2018, or that certain unrecorded Revocable Living Trust dated August 18, 1987, as amended, are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to MICHAEL PATRICK SOARES and WALTER JAMES SOARES, Successor Co-Trustees of the above-named trust, whose address is c/o Ng & Niebling, LLLC, 3604 Waialae Ave., Honolulu, HI 96816, within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
